McCain was so funny at the Al Smith dinner in New York tonight, even Obama was cracking up (as was Hillary and Tom Brokaw). McCain has clearly relaxed and become more comfortable in his skin after his come-from-behind win in Wednesday’s debate.
If you missed it, Parts 1A, Part 1B, and Part 2 are posted here for your enjoyment. Part 1A and Part 1B overlap until the 6:15 mark; go to the end of the 1B to see the missing portion, which is McCain ripping NBC’s biased Keith Olbermann a new one.
Part 2 includes McCain giving a nice, genuine tribute to Obama…before he starts in on the jokes again.

Good stuff from the old warrior!

LOL funny – especially for those of us who’ve been avidly following this campaign and immediately recognized all of the allusions made by McCain. However — and call me naive – what I don’t understand is the sense of camaraderie between McCain and the audience, including BHO. Do these candidates present one face to the voting public, and another amongst themselves? Meaning…is there really any difference between them?
